About Velura Health
Velura Health is where I share honest, hype-free analyses of supplements and wellness products. The goal is simple: cut through the marketing, look at what's actually in the bottle, and help adults make informed decisions about what they put in their body.
I'm Sarah Mitchell, the writer behind every review here. I'm not a doctor or a registered dietitian — I'm an adult who got tired of feeling foggy in the afternoon and started researching what might actually help. Every review on this site reflects my personal opinion based on public research, consumer feedback, and manufacturer disclosures.
How this site is funded
This site participates in affiliate programs. When you buy a product through a link in my content, I earn a small commission paid by the manufacturer — at no additional cost to you. That commission is how I fund the time spent researching and writing these reviews. Even so, my reviews are honest: a pro is a pro, a con is a con. The commission doesn't change my opinion. This affiliate relationship is disclosed in accordance with the FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
Editorial standards
Every review follows the same process: research the manufacturer's public information, examine the ingredient list and dosages, compare against established options in the category, look at customer feedback patterns, and write the review I would want to read myself before spending money. No hype, no fake urgency, no claims about curing or treating any disease — supplements don't do that, and saying otherwise is dishonest.
What you won't find here
